Description:
The collection includes 3 patterns, that are using same cable stitch pattern: Totally Cabled Mitts, Totally Cabled Hat, and Totally Cabled Headband.
Fingerless mitts and the hat worked in the round, the headband worked flat and sewn in the middle to create a twist.
Fingerless mitts knitted top down, starting at a pinky finger and finishing at the cuff. The hat worked bottom up, from the ribbed band to the crown.
Skills:
You’ll need to know how to knit in a round. The pattern doesn’t specify how to divide stitches between needles for knitting in the round on a small circumference. You’ll choose your preferable needles (4 dpns, 5 dpns or circular) and divide stitches as you usually do for this type of knitting.
You’ll need to know how to knit, knit through back loop, purl, do simple decreases, use a cable needle for cables, or knit cables without a cable needle (the pattern has a link for reference)
